How to Use

Scoop a small amount of Anahata into the palm of your hand. Pressing both palms together, bring to the face and hold cupped hands over the nose. Pause here for a few moments. 

Apply Anahata by pressing palms to your heart space, neck, and face. Although it sounds counterintuitive to use a balm-type product if you have an oily skin type or acneic conditions, the plant oils chosen for Anahata work to calm, soothe and restore balance to the skin's barrier, supporting a healthy functioning skin for all conditions.
