ARRIVAL TIME:

Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This give you enough time to empty your bladder or take a few moments if you have been in a rush. If I am not present as you walk into our space I may be in treatment. Please take a seat & help yourself to some water or tea. I will be with you soon.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the lead up to your appointment you will receive a text reminder 48 hours before your appointment to allow for changes.

Cancellations and changes must be made at least 24hrs before your appointment.

A cancellation fee to the value of 100% of the total booking will be incurred for no shows. We understand that circumstances out of our control arise. Please get in contact with us to further discuss.

Your credit card details will be requested and stored securely when making a booking. By making a booking with us you agree to our policies listed above.
