How to Use

Starting with dry hands and a dry face, dispense 8 pumps of Sola into the palm of your hand. Bringing both palms together, hold cupped hands over the nose, pausing here for a few moments, becoming aware of the natural flow of breath.

Starting at the collarbone, massage Sola over the chest, neck, and face, encouraging movement of the lymphatic system while deeply cleansing the skin. Extra attention can be focused on any areas of congestion or tension within the body.

To remove Sola take a warm, damp facial cloth and press against the face. Pause and hold, then breathe slowly and deeply before wiping away any residue. Rinse the cloth with warm water and repeat the 'press + hold + breathe' ritual one more time.

If wearing makeup, cleanse the skin twice. The first cleanse being faster with the purpose of removing anything on the surface on the skin. The second cleanse is when more time can be spent working at a deeper level, engaging in slower massage movements and breath work.
