Returns & Refunds

At Margot body we have carefully curated products to help support your skin health naturally, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact hello@margotbody.com.au for further instruction.

For Australian hygiene regulations we are unable to accept returns on any products that aren’t in a saleable condition. All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase unopened; in all original packaging and, with hygiene seals intact for a refund to be accepted.  

Please keep a record of all proof of purchase to ensure that your refund or store credit may be honoured.

Postage charges you may incur for a refunded item will be the responsibility of the customer: (Margot Body will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.) 

We do not accept returns on any sale items.
