Booking Your Appointment

In the lead up to your appointment you will receive a text reminder 48 hours before your appointment to allow for changes.

Appointments can be made online or by reaching out directly. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation to keep everything nice and clear. As we are located at a private location, arrival time of no more than 5 minutes is required. 

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

We understand that life can be unpredictable — if you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours  may incur a small fee, as this time is set aside just for you.

A cancellation fee to the value of 100% of the total booking will be incurred for no shows. We understand that circumstances out of our control arise. Please get in contact with us to further discuss.
If you're running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened so we don’t run into the next guest’s time.

Deposits & Payment

Some treatments may require a small deposit to secure your spot.
Payment can be made at your appointment using [cash, card, bank transfer, etc.]. Gift vouchers are also welcome. Your credit card details may be requested and stored securely when making a booking. By making a booking with us you agree to our policies listed above.

Your Health & Comfort

Your wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. Please let us know of any health conditions, medications, allergies, or if you’re pregnant — this helps us care for you safely and appropriately.
If you're unwell, we encourage you to reschedule — your body (and ours) will thank you.

Treatment Expectations

Our treatments are a ritual — not a quick fix. Results may vary from person to person, especially depending on your skin’s needs and how you care for it between visits.
Because time and care are devoted to every session, refunds are not available for treatments already received.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are a beautiful way to share care. They are valid as per the date listed on your e- voucher or physical voucher and are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers are able to used across all product purchases & treatments available on our offerings. Gift vouchers are not be used towards a cancellation fee or no show booking fee. 

Creating a Safe Space

This is a gentle and respectful environment — one of quiet care and trust. Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated, and the session will be ended immediately if needed.
